At Zeemartbh.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect, we will happily refund or exchange them in line with the terms and conditions set out below.

General Refund Policy

  • If Zeemartbh.com is unable to obtain products, a reasonable time of 7–10 days from the order date must be allowed.
  • Products that are faulty on arrival and non-repairable are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
    • For bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotions, all items in the offer must be returned.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and a quality check is completed.
    • Quality check usually takes 4–5 days.
    • Refunds are issued within 2 business days after approval, though bank statement cycles may delay the display.
  • If the product is faulty/damaged and you return all items from your order, we will refund the delivery charge in full.
    • If you keep some items, the delivery charge for the kept products will be deducted.
  • Items must be returned in complete packaging (including inner packaging). Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without intact packaging.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided:
    • The merchandise is as new, in a resellable condition.
    • Consumables (e.g., cartridges, blank tapes, CDs, DVDs) and accessories (e.g., cables, chargers, batteries) remain sealed.
  • Refunds are subject to ZeemartBH.com approval.
  • Delivery charges, supplier delivery charges, card transaction fees, and courier collection charges (if applicable) will be deducted.

Refund Conditions

  • Faulty/damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Products must be returned with manuals, packaging, and all included cables/accessories. Missing items will invalidate the refund.
  • After 3 days, faulty items will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Our customer support can assist in directing you to a Zeemart family shop or supplier for after-sales service.
  • Products past the refund period and manufacturer’s warranty will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges & Replacements

For replacements, contact Customer Services, who will arrange it in line with the refund/replacement terms.

Electrical Returns

Electrical items can only be returned if found defective within 3 days of receipt.

Non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Camcorders
  • Hard drives & USB devices
  • Software, CDs, DVDs, cartridges, blank media
  • Laptops, desktops, netbooks, tablets

Grocery Returns

  • Perishable goods (meat, vegetables, fresh food): Within 24 hours
  • Non-perishable goods (toiletries, cleaning products): Up to 7 days

Apparel Returns & Exchange

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, with the original receipt.
  • Non-returnable items: Lingerie, socks, inner-wear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • If items are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Building Material & Hardware Returns

  • Hardware may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in new condition and original packaging.
  • No returns accepted after 7 days.
  • Only hardware sold directly by Zeemartbh.com is eligible.
  • Abuse of the return policy (e.g., repeated or seasonal returns) may result in refusal.

Charges

  • Free returns apply only to faulty/damaged items.
  • For “change of mind” returns, delivery charges, card transaction fees, and courier collection fees may apply.

Delivery Charges

  • If you return your entire order within 3 working days due to faulty products, delivery charges will be refunded.
  • If you return only some items, or return after the 3-day window, delivery charges will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Cash on Delivery / Card on Delivery: Refunds will be made in cash.
  • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to your bank account.
  • Bank statement cycles may delay refund visibility.
